Sungei Piah Holding is an investment arm with diversified investment in mining, construction and trading. SPH was formed when it first secured a multi-million dollar contract with LaFarge Cement (previously known as Associated Pan Malaysia Cement Sdn. Bhd.). That was the turning point in which the company realise that it needed to manage its funds carefully and began diversifying into various sectors.

Throughout the past decade, SPH have invested in the entertainment sector, F&B, automotive and agriculture. In line with the country's economic climate and growth in the areas of construction, SPH took a bold step in deciding to concentrate on it's mining and construction activities.
