Sungei Piah Properties is the property development arm of the group. The group begin our venture into property development in 1995 when we invested in 2 major R.P.T (Rancangan Perkampungan Tersusun) schemes in Perak. The company built on the success of these projects and later launched a new mix development project in Taman Angkasa, Kampar. Albeit the soft economic conditions of the property sector at that time, the Taman Angkasa project was still very well received and by the time we fully delivered over 200 houses by 2002, we moved on to another new scheme in Taman Tawas Mutiara, Tasek. |
Sungei Piah Properties through other property development companies such as Consocorp, Komda and Angkasa Bahagia have delivered hundreds of quality homes through the years. We are committed as ever to continue providing not just houses but quality and affordable homes to all. With global environmental concerns at an all time high, Sungei Piah is committed to ensure that our environment is protected in our future projects.
