Imerys Mineral (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

We were awarded the contract to operate the quarry of Imerys Minerals (Malaysia) in October 2011. Due to the strict safety concerns of Imerys, local tippers were not allowed to operate on our sector of the quarry. Sungei Piah subsequently invested heavily on Volvo Articulated trucks to accommodate to our client's requirements.

The same contract also requires us to construct a new haul road from mid mountain to the top to create a wide and flat working platform. SPMR manage to complete the new haul road in 18 months.
